I was looking through all the pics from the shootout and saw a lot of trailers. Just wondering what everybody tows with and whats done to it. I have a 05 2500HD Duramax crew cab long bed. Ive added a Magnaflow 4" turbo back exhaust, Edge Juice with Attitude Programmer, ATI Diesel Edge mount, Kennedy Diesel Boost Stick, and a Kennedy Diesel EGR Block off kit. It has an eBay lift and leveling kit and rolls on 315/75/16 Goodyear Duratracs on the Stock wheels. It currently has 163K miles. Not bad considering ive only put 1000 miles on it in the last 2 years. 23611

Pretty light custom trailer, 5.3L 2002 Silverado. 26 Gallon tank and I get about 13mpg towing in hills and stuff. Tonneau cover has the generator and 30 Gallons Methanol, 45 lb Nitrous, Generator, Compressor, Battery Charger, all my tools.
I pretty much always have the smallest truck and smallest trailer at any track.

I just got a 2008 chevy silverado 1500. Done a bunch of stuff to it. Now I'm building my own car trailer.

01 Ram 3500 HO cummins 6spd. Not much done yet (BHAF and 4" exhaust) but I'm getting ready to do a turbo, injectors and new fuel pump in the next couple months. Behind you can see the trailer. Also has a 60 gallon tank in the bed and I made Jacksonville NC to Cleveland Ohio without stopping for fuel when I moved up here. In the next year or so I plan on building a flatbed and running dual 3" stacks as well as dual 60 gallon tanks.

How long is that trailer? Looks long as hell for a open trailer.

32ft two car, belonged to a friend who runs a hot shot business. He sold it and got a three car wedge and a 32ft flatbed gooseneck.
Which means, I need a gooseneck hitch

Was an Appalachian trailer, I enjoyed towing it. Little heavy for a bumper pull but never had an issue.

For a while, it was a 360 powered Durango. Loved that truck. Had the trans redone at 180k by a well known local guy who specializes in Mopar. Flowmasters, upgraded trans cooler, and a bunch of little stuff. I miss it. But, it got 9mpg in town, 14 highway. Always 14, even towing the car or camper.

We're shopping for an '02 up Tahoe or Yukon right now as a replacement.
