I do ;) I have both the street stock and bracket title at the moment. The way I look at it is if u set ur goal to go to the shootout early. Start Budgeting/saving now. $20 here $10 there goes a long way put it aside to afford the trip. Then you will be able to make it. The last 3 years I pre-registered. Not 100% sure I would make it. But I made it a POINT to make the race. Found a way to get it done and make it. To attend events like these that's the way you have to treat it. I applaud every racer at the LTX Shootout because believe it or not it becomes almost a full time Job to prepare and be ready to make the event and race. from Budgeting, planning, and building.

Yeah my problem hasn't always been money vs just having enough time to get things together. Going to school, working, and having my kids stuff/wife's stuff going on too makes it tough to get anything done. But I'll be pulling some long nights to get everything ready to go for next year.

If you get the suspension working good on your car I think you will shit yourself leaving it off the brake with that 80e at like 7 or 8 lbs lol... I can't wait to whack mine out of the whole with my new suspension. What exactly do you have for suspension on the car?

Ryan, just get a good turbo 400, good stall that lets you leave on at least 3-4 lbs of boost and has less than 15% slippage up top and the car will be a ROCKET!!!
