Headers exhaust and Nitrous?

Ok I have finally made it home from Korea and have had the time and whether to put the long tube headers and exhaust on it. My question is=Should I have this thing tuned again before I start spraying it? Or just make it pig fat on the fuel side. I had the car dynode in little rock after a camshaft and spring swap and it jumped up over 300RWHP. I have everything to bolt the bottle in and run but I have no way of taking time out of this thing... WHAT SAY YOU??????

Optimize the tune for normally aspirated performance. Use external devices to tune the A/F ratio (jets), and the retard the timing (ignition box).
