Yes...u read right. Im an Egyptian, with a Norwegian cousin.
Recently we have been talking cars and he was looking for American Muscle. He asked me for my insight, and for those that know me...I suggested an early 2nd gen camaro.
Well as u can imagine Classic American muscle cars in Norway are available...but...not cheap, and hard to come by solid...rust free examples in the land of eternal winter..(well not quite...but to cold for me).
So here is what he found...and is in the process of buying.
Its a 73 LT... Mild 350. (details are sketchy for me because links are in another language. He is a gear head...so he checked it out and is confident on his purchase.
Anyways...after some complications with a hospital stay (current owner) he will be picking it up at 11am on friday.

I've always loved the split bumper ones also, but it would also have to have the deeper grill opening...but this thing is still beautiful..,
And I'm very happy , because he currently drives am electric car (one of his many vehicles)... Lol.

Popo, I can't tell you how much HATE that spoiler has produced on the web over the years. And for what ever reason, the more they pour hate on it, the more I tend to enjoy it.

My cousin is concerned that he needs to run leaded...or a lead additive in his new 73 camaro because he found a container of lead additive in the glove box.....
Old cars can run straight unleaded...right?

I don't think we have norway blocked - do you know his IP address? I could then check it against our system.

Well, the heads may have been replaced. He could look up the casting numbers and see if the heads are original or not. Newer heads mid 70's and on would be hardened seats. If they are numbers matching heads the only true way would be to pull the heads and see if they have been replaced. How often will he be driving the car, miles per year? It will take a while before the valves starts to sink into the seats.
