I tried that myself and filled out the customer form to get a number to order a tune or a way to get in touch with him and never heard from him.

I have always heard back from him in two days. If you are waiting on a tune that takes a couple of days as to how many are in front of you. He is good at what he does so I would be patient with him. It maybe not nuts on the first time but with data logs he will get it there for you. My idle and WOT were great but cruise A/F was a little rich but he worked that out for me.

Just got a decent tune from him a month ago, no complaints. Headed to dyno next week to get it cleaned up. His tune better then the several pcmforless tunes i had.

I used that guy for a friend who bought a 2nd gen for his son's first car and it was a disaster. Terrible service, will not answer the phone for love or money. Wouldn't use him again for any price or reason.

I've used him and never had any problems with him always contacted me with in a couple days of me getting a hold of him.

Every e-mail I send him takes 2 days. So far my tune I have from him works great.
