Very very nice axe there. Just curious, why not a double octave fretboard? I don't know why but I have a "thing" about having a full 24 frets even though I almost never end up that high on the board.

First.. Thank you.. She's beautiful isn't she?

I'm a country player.. And I like double octave fretboards... Jon 5 actually warned me off from 24 frets on a tele.. It creates harmonic issues on a tele.. Not a strat though...

He showed me on a few of his guitars... Friend of a friend at a concert thing..

Long story.. But I've been blessed with a little talent that people notice, and the wisdom to listen to those who've been there...He's a nice guy, loves teles.

Also Bill Crook warned me off on this design..

I'm going to have a hard tail strat made.. We should get together... You and I... Talk up guitars.. :) via pm..

That's a pretty sweet axe dude.. Silver burst fade to black.... I like it..

We all have that "one that got away" ... Its like a rule.. For women and or guitars... For me... It was a 66 les Paul..

That ESP is gorgeous. I don't have a pic but all I'm working with is an Ibanez RG570 bought in 1999. That and an Ibanez AW50 acoustic bought in 1998.

This is the exact one I have....color is purple neon.

Here is a stock photo of my ibanez. Was too dark for my camera to pick up the detail so I just went online.

PRS Tremonti. I happen to think he's an amazing guitarist and have learned many a Creed and Alter Bridge riff.

There are a lot of underrated guitarists out there...

I'm not one of them. haha I mess around on an old Epiphone Les Paul, can play basic chords, a few songs, but I'm not anywhere near as good as I'd like to be. Spent 14 years learning to play Saxophone (played from Jr. High through college, still play a little now), but didn't really have any interest in learning guitar until I was out of High School. Played electric bass in a jazz band in college, but I wasn't anywhere near as good as I thought I was then either.

I'm hoping to pick up a decent strat to practice on, if for no other reason than to have a creative and productive hobby. . .

There are some beautiful axes in this thread!
