OK, I used a 1 1/2 " Stewart Warner Electric Fuel Pressure gauge PN - 116216. I used a piece of cardboard to make a template of the area and transferred it to a piece of Black Lexan. I cut a hole in the Lexan and drilled 2 holes for 1/4-20 Stainless hex cap screws. I tapped the holes in the sheet metal and used some black silicone to seal it. The rectangular hole in the sheet metal had to be opened up sort of round for the gauge. I also used a stone on my dremel to grind some "flats" in the gauge case to make it slip in the hole better. I hooked a ground and ran a hot from a keyed fuse in the under hood fuse box. I used my sender for my in car gauge to run gauge but it is all un hooked now cause I had the motor out and never hooked it back up. Here are a few pics. Peple at the shows I go to seem to like the gauge there.http://i4.photobucket.com/albums/y136/TheKeenans/IMG_20130501_181059_696_zps6c705baa.jpg (http://s4.photobucket.com/user/TheKeenans/media/IMG_20130501_181059_696_zps6c705baa.jpg.html)http://i4.photobucket.com/albums/y136/TheKeenans/IMG_20130501_181048_868_zpsf27328c1.jpg (http://s4.photobucket.com/user/TheKeenans/media/IMG_20130501_181048_868_zpsf27328c1.jpg.html)

Gauge was like $100 - 120 bucks on ebay. I guess a mechanical gauge with an isolator would be cheaper. I have never seen this on any other 4th gen. I originally thought about just filling and painting over the hole, but i wanted a gauge like old hot rods

Very cool - I did the relocation but I didn't put a gauge in its place. Looks awesome!

Sean was telling me about this, and now that I've seen it myself I gotta give you props man. That looks great, and was a very innovative idea to fill that hole.

I may have to copy this one and do the same under the hood of CALL911.

I don't want to but the need may arise if certain things in my life don't work out soon.
