I need a new front bumper cover. It is a show car, where's the best place to buy a decent quality replacement?

The stealership? That's gonna cost me a pretty penny isn't it? Anyone have any experience with aftermarket replacements out of curiosity?

What kind of car are we talking about here? The dealership would be the place to go if you want the best fit (but you pay for it). Next, I'd say go to a junk yard and find one thats in good condition.
For my old Camaro, I bought them from a warehouse that distributed parts to body shops. IO remember They were CAPA certified. They fit great, and I never had a problem with them.

Talking about the mtm automobile in my sig. My uncles yard never gets nice 4th gens, the last one that rolled in was, well, rolled. I'm well connected at the wrecking yards, but I think a new one will be better, less body work will have to be done to it I believe.
Side question, is mtm one of those colors that's a pain in the rear to match?

Shoot, I had a feeling that it was a hard to match color. But all the flaws are in the black area, I wonder if I can fill the holes for the license plate bracket, and the wholes for the headlight covers I never owned. Then just spray it black. The bumper is polyurethane right? Would bondo just crack?

I see the guys in the body shop at my work fix polyurethane bumpers all the time. They epoxy it in the back of say a crack or tear with this stuff called fuse-or or fuze ore? then fill it in with body filler in the front and repaint. might work with your holes...
