fender issue

so im taking off the fender on my 94 camaro, and bumper. there is a bracket in the corner by the head light there the bumper and fender meet that is riveted, where can i get on of those.

is that the one that collapses and draws the fender/bumper in?

Junkyard. One of mine was riveted on too, I drilled it out to have the bracket painted. You don't have to rivet the new one on.

thats what i was thinking a bolt and washer wold work better and hold it tight so there is no gap right.

The rivet doesn't do anything for the fender-to-bumper gap. Once you bolt the bumper on, the three bolts/nuts hold them together. My guess is the rivet is put there to make initial assembly easier.
