Thanks to everyone and we're happy to be a part of the community!
Many of you already know Christie (Mrs 96LT1355Z28) and I but for those who don't here's a little about us. We met in 1999 possibly while street racing:whistle:. Since then cars and drag racing have been a part of our lives. We have participated in and supported every LTX Shootout and will continue to do so. We've traveled to several states drag racing and have talked for the last few years about starting a business to supplement our income.
We are happy to announce the opening of BDB Racing! We are a performance parts sales business. We are currently based out of our house to keep overhead as low as possible. While we might not always be able to beat the prices of the big name national suppliers we can probably get within a few dollars. The one thing we have the large suppliers don't is personal hands on experience with vehicle specific platforms. We hope while your shopping around you'll give us the chance to be your small town performance parts supplier. Please PM what you want or contact us through our site BDBRacing.com (http://bdbracing.com/).
Here's the deal, our first order from the wholesale distributor must be $5,000.00. We will be making an order soon of several items to keep in stock. My question to the community is what kinds of things would you all like us to stock to support this site?
Thanks for reading and we look forward to being an even bigger part of the LTX community!
Josh and Christie

Thanks for the ideas so far, I plan on getting a few of the new MSD 6AL-2's, maybe the plug and play harnesses for them, some good LT plug wires, and the blue rubber valve cover and oil pan gaskets. Keep the idea's commin!

Good idea on the msd's. Shot me a pm on pricing for one of those with a pnp harness. Have you thought about keeping certain tires in stock?

Yes but there's so many options I'm not sure what to get. We're workin out of a 3 bedroom 1.5 bath 2 car garage house, so we don't have the space to keep several sets in stock!

A 275/50/15 mt et street dr should be a regular seller. The new pro x tire would be good too. I understand not wanting a bunch of them floating around though.

When it comes to AN fittings does everyone prefer the standard anodized colored fittings or black?

I'm in late. Thanks guys!
As far as stuff to stock, a nice OTVC wire set kept in stock would be good for this community. I think that a good gasket kit for cam swap and gear installs could be beneficial here as well. AN fittings and other more universal application parts have got to be good to keep around. I don't think you can go wrong there. Are you guys going to just sell what is on location or will you be able to set up drop-ships as well?
Thanks again guys! Hope to see you two again sooner than later!

Tyler we will sell what we have and also be able to drop ship about anything you could get a summit and jegs. It looks like we can usually beat summit and jegs on part prices but their shipping agreements and volume make it nearly impossible to match their shipping rates.
Popo, I'm workin on prices for GM opti's, the issue is they're all re manufactured in Mexico now and have a core, I'll have to see how that's gonna work.

OK just got a response on these, the warehouse does not stock GMPP parts like the opti so it's a special order. They will not do returns on special orders and we can't afford to exchange one if we can't send the bad one back. From GM they have a 1 year warranty and it appears we won't be able to honor that. We in good conscience won't sell a part like an opti that could very well be bad out of the box. Then tell the customer your SOL no returns, even when you could go to GM and get the same thing and take it back for up to a year. We can do MSD and Accell opti's but they're reviews are so mixed I'm skeptical about selling those with our name on them.
