Hey guys so my problem is my rpms pulses from 1000 to 1500 rpm when i let off the gas when I'm going over 50 mph anything slower then 50 mph its fine. Checked the spark plugs and wires and they are fine. Any ideas?

More details on your build, tune, etc?
Is this a new problem with a new build, or did it just start happening with a set up that was fine before????

Do you mean misfires? Try spraying the wires with water and watch for sparks.

Ok when im driving on the highway going 70mph and I let off the gas the RPMs pulses from 1000 to 1500 rpms until my mph gets below 50mph the rpms stay at 1000. This only happens when I DO NOT have my foot on the throttle. It has not just started. It might have started after my tune but im not sure when it started. Could have something to do with the tune?

Could be tune, my guess. Something is off on one of the idle speed vs mph tables or something, I'm no pro, still learning.

Sounds like the wrong version of the tune. I know when I installed a ee tune into my eeb pcm I had no tach signal.

I know you are an auto but I've noticed the same thing on m6 cars with the clutch pushed in, stock and modified. The car seems to idle high until you go below a certain speed and sometimes fluctuate. In your case, with the stall and off the throttle the car feels no load. I would be willing to bet anything your tune needs touched up on the engine braking tables. "DFCO" deceleration fuel cut out or your iac is sticking, while trying to control the surge. Can you datalog?

I'm a Manuel and my RPM's bounced untill I changed the plugs turned out I was firing on 6cyl, you might check your plugs and wires
