ltcc/24x question

i have a cam i got off a member here but he had it set up for obd 1 and i have a 97 so that is obd2. i am considering a ltcc or 24x setup, will the shortened dowel pin be an issue if using the ltcc or 24x setup?

On the 24x they recommend shortening the dowel so its flush with the cam reluctor base if its longer. Otherwise it could give false readings. I'd say you're fine as long as a dowel is there for the 24x.

With the ltcc you still use the opti, so you're fine there also.
