Got dash in. Lost gauge lights!

i got my dash back together. And installed a 97 cluster.

Now i have no lights in my gauge cluster! everything else works (dome/map lights, running and head lights). And the gauge is operating when i turn the key to on position. But its not lighting up when i turn the lights on!

Any ideas?

PS I deleted the air bags and HVAC system. And all the wiring related to it.

That's really weird, I tested to see if the lights would come on that cluster which they did. Are the lights on the radio and a/c coming on?

I deleted my AC contols. And haven't installed my new radio yet. granted that would be separate anyways. So there is lights other then gauges now. I did remove the air bag pinout (brown wire) from gauge plug. but that wouldnt have any effect.

problem fixed!!! It was my light switch, I swaped my old TA's switch in and it lit right up(well kinda battery was almost dead from not running car for few weeks. and dome light being on so much) :D

Kinda. Im working on the toggle switches. and waiting on my doubleD radio surround to come in. It was bad out today. And worked most the day. So didnt do anything.
