PINKS All Out

I will be supporting the LTx crowd at the pinks event July 11 at US141(Martin, MI 49070) I can't beleave my wife was lucky enought to get the tickets. They sold out in less then 3 minutes.

Did anyone else get theirs?

Congrats on the tickets. Maybe you will get some TV time. Just out of curiousity, how much were the entry fee tickets for you? Ive heard several different prices from different events. The local one to me at Memphis is charging $90 for driver and 1 crew person. A little steep IMO vs. the odds of making it.

My race ticket was $60 no other crew member yet. I tried getting back on when the bleacher tickets went for sell and they sold out in about a minute and half. So I hope they let every one in at the gates that goes with me.

The $90 wouldnt be so bad if it wasnt the weekend before the LTx shootout. Would much rather be there.

I would think that 400 racer tickets are sommon for these events. I did get 3 spectator/crew passes today. So now I will have to see who will be coming to give me a hand.

:cheers: :claps: Congrats on everything ! I know of a couple people (Other message boards) that have participated in Pinks show and they said while it was a great time, they will never do it again. From the way I understand it, what you see on TV isn't at all how it is ran, and while you are playing odds of making it to begin with, if there aren't enough people in your class with enough diversity of vehicles, you will not make it that way either. Either way, good luck and I will definately be looking for ya ! :peace2:

How'd you get tickets ahead of time? They're coming to Washington in August, but everything I've read so far seems to say to register the friday before.

Each track gets to sell the tickets the way they want to. I can't beleave their waiting until the Friday before the speed crew wants your info way before the race.

I haven't heard anything about buying tickets yet though. Dad and I are setting the mustang up to run low 10's specifically for the event. I hope I didn't miss the oppurtunity already :(

Drama Queene is right but it is all for fun my chance of winning is zero. But the chance of a little air time is there. I was at the blow it up event they put on at Cordova. Firmed the whole series in one day.:laugh:

They started selling tickets and advertising for the Tulsa race about a month before the event. The Tulsa Raceway Park sold the tickets and entry from their website.

I was able to get tickets to the one at Zmax Dragway in Charlotte.
