Most people here have seen my coil brackets. Anyone who has had any dealings with me knows that I will do everything under the sun that is within reason to make them happy or to accommodate them. This guy never called, never asked for a refund, never even communicated with me. I have NEVER had anyone say a negative word about my coil brackets, ever. I do not understand how my product warrants negative feedback.

Really? Your custom machined brackets are nothing more than hardware store nuts and bolts.... yeah ok what an idiot. Anyone can tell they aren't an off the shelf part and further more, um because a bolt maybe carried in a hardware store what does he think the OEM bolts are? They don't have special made bolts for most parts and they are ordered from a vendor. Dude is just a jerk man don't sweat him the rest of your feedback shows the true story.

Ebay wont remove feedback unless the buyer violated a policy, which they did not do unless they are a competitor or someone intentionally trying to slander me. I entered a dispute under these grounds, but the feedback will most likely stand.

I think buyers should not be allowed to leave negative feedback unless they have at least contacted the seller. I mean he hasnt asked to return the item, so he must be using it. Makes me wonder how unhappy he really is...

Feel free to call me, I work on saturdays. Especially right now, trying to get cought up so I can make some harnesses to have in stock. Are you local?

Just sucks, because I designed those myself. I spent a lot of time on them, and worked hard to make sure that they were a very quality piece.

As far as the brackets go they were not what my customer expected. He owns his own machine shop was just looking to save time. These were just not up to his standards. I think a better picture would have saved us this issue. I would gladly remove the response i left. If you would like to take them back, I will return them. I dont expect you to cover the shipping by any means.

when you get a "negative" feedback doesn't Ebay allow the person receiving the feedback to comment on the negative? If so, then explain the situation i.e.- "never asked for a refund, never asked a question or contacted" etc.
I look at the negative feedbacks prior to buying from people on Ebay.

I like your brackets better than my EFIConnection brackets. They just fit funny on the passenger side around my oil fill since I'm using truck coils.

exactly! some people are possessed man, all they want to do is demonize everything and everyone and get off to it..... There will always be people like this, not much you can do though other then try to dispute it. Hopefully you can get it taken care of.
