So who is running a rear seat delete setup? Im strongly considering one of these. Since i am putting in a 6 point. And rear will be useless.

I used MDF to build a shelf over the rear foot pans to give me more storage and covered it with OE style carpet. I built it in 2 pieces so the foot pans would be secret hiding spots.

I took the back of the back seat out but left the bottoms. Crazy more room for anyone riding back there. And saves me like 30 lbs.

1msfyter (Mark) was one of the first people making them over at CZ28. I was talking with him for a while and had a pair already lined up but his health took a turn before he was able to finish them. Those were the best ones I have seen.

Honestly... They are not that complicated...

the ones i was looking at are made from a plastic frame. was figuring that was the lightest option.
I spent 3 days clipping wires. Just to end up shaving 3 pounds. Will i do it again...NO. was it worth the headache...NO probably. not am i glad i did it...YES.
Just chassing every pound. Getting ready to order Optic Armor windshield and back window. so every ounce counts lol

Find something very light and make em... Worst case... Make them easily removable for race weight.

Im just not a if fan of how cf looks. I love how light it is though. Ive made some parts for people that left it exposed.
built a 2by2 CF hood for a guys 350z and he left it exposed. I do like i can spot him now. but wished he painted it.
