LOL ya quality is very important for me. I have always done one off parts for people if they came to me. But I did these with money in hand. Making parts and hopping people will want them. Is a whole new type of scary.

I plan to keep a inventory of the double din stereo and stereo, hvac delete bazels. Because they will be good seller's.

Stuff like spoilers I will make 1 or 2 at first. And see what the demand is like before I stock many.

The trim will take 24 hours on turn around. The more complex parts like spoilers will take 48 hours to make due to bonding the sections and stuff like that.

Would a guy openly carrying at a car show creep you out or not? Another question for military members, what are your thoughts on the 10 free days of leave that are being granted to homosexual couples to get married in a state that allows it. I will keep my opinions to myself but I am curious if others who have been married in the military has any thoughts... I would have loved 10 free days to get a destination wedding.

Not really but that all depends on where I am at. Having lived in quite a few places one being Detroit I got used to open carry. Then took my ccw class and was convinced its just bad news bears and calls unwanted attention too you. If someone was going to rob you as well they now know how to approach you.

Not saying I don't open. But it depends on the setting and who I am with. If I am around solo at a car show Probably not. But you can. I d c. The other people telling the officer there's a guy with a gun probably will though lol

I never open carry. Paints you as a target should a situation arise. I concealed carry 100% of the time, no exceptions. People ask why, better to have it and not need it than need it and not have it. I not only do it for my protection but for everyone around me regardless of who it is. I'd rather have it unexpected than obvious I carry. So no, open carry doesn't bother me, sparked a few conversations when I see it (good, not hate).

Ah just finished replacing the water pump. Cleaned up the thermostat housing, replaced the couldn't temp sensor (broke the old one lol), got it installed, filled, and bled. Just gotta wait for it to cool back down now to pressure test it again and make sure it holds.

Good news is I now have an old water pump to test fit opti-shields on lol.

The Navy has kits at the Fleet & Family Support Center for when people move. I can't think of what they call it, but it has dishes/pots/pans/cups/silverware and even some furniture depending on location. I would check into the base and see if they a similar program.

Ya for most part thats true. But im doing this stuff over stupid reasons. Like walls not being squared, exposed wiring in the walls. Studs being cut 3/4 way through for the pipes to he ran.

I had to build a new chimney. And build the outer wall in our bedroom. Because of water leaks that no one fixed for years. Found wire spliced together buried in wall with no access panel. And sections of walls with no insulation.

Yup… Last fixer upper we bought, had old aluminum frame windows… Found several sets of Hurd Hurricane windows in a 'junk' lot… several thousand dollars worth of top drawer windows for a few hundred bucks.

Brother… when I tore the old window out, I found old termite damage. And when I say 'damage' I am telling you that I pulled the double 2x6 header out, literally, with two fingers… over several dozen picks. There was absolutely no structure left to any part of that entire corner of the house. The only thing holding it up was the Stucco over the old masonry shingles. I ended up having to completely rebuild the exterior 'stick' wall, for 25% of the house.

Which took a tad longer than the weekend I had scheduled for… but the WINDOWS turned out GREAT!

No, it's a full Warhawk 427 LSx. I felt ashamed to post a full pic yet but Its for a local f-body guy we know. The shop that built it did a almost criminal hack job to this guys third gen. My friends and I are pretty much going to have to pull everything and reinstall the whole thing. It has a stand alone speartec harness but the left the whole tbi harness in the engine bay. The fuel system is a disgrace. The coils are zip tied together and resting on the intake...Who ever built it took this guys checkbook for a ride...

His is a low mile blue on blue auto mine is a driver 6 SPD with mods his is 100% stock including the stock rims in storage. My mom has a 12 SRT challenger as a toy. He is looking at another toy to keep up with his bud that just picked up a 550+ HP z06 that is stupid low miles and sexy as hell. well, after talking to the new boss and getting semi settled in, got good news/bad news depending on how you look at it.

Good news;
i should be able to make the shoot out next year
i will have the funding to finish my car

Bad new;
sounds like ill be heading to the sand box in a few months (depending on location, this could be good news also)
car still wont be done by the shootout next year

but as i figured, i poped for being way overdue for my turn to go down range since i have not for almost 2 years.

So Monika has been working at Studio Movie Grill for a little over a month now, but working with a bunch of lazy, drama-infested teenagers is a downer. And the pay is pretty worthless... But she got an interview for an accounting department contract-to-hire position at UPS with unlimited overtime available and scored the job offer! She's already signed all the papers and starts next week! This will open lots of doors for her and is a great opportunity, along with a major pay increase and working in a mature environment. We're so excited! :bigmoney:

Well crap... Come home and fire up my PC... Primary hard drive with the OS is dead and the motherboard can't even recognize it being plugged in. Gotta buy a new hard drive and reinstall everything from scratch. :( Wishing I had bothered to make an image backup of it now.

Yeah, I had 3 750GB HDDs, but no raid setup. Luckily it crapped out at labor day sales time, just grabbed a Seagate 1TB for $62 shipped from Newegg lol. Not bad at all, just have to go without my PC until it gets here next week and reinstall from scratch.

Well I just got handed a huge pile of suck. While tuning, i found that the car won't shift into 3rd gear. Thinking about just leaving it at home. If I brought it, it won't most likely stay on the trailer anyways. Only have 2 hours before we have to be on the road. Thoughts?

Just wifi. Didn't want to spend money on something she will never use. She will only use it at work and home. So sje will always have wifi available.

Aircraft stripper is some nasty shit... I got a chemical burn because a glob of the stuff stayed on my glove too long... sad thing is I was double gloved.

On a side note r truck driver not able to read road signs anymore or is the avg IQ of the ppl they hire dropping? Almost got taken out by one that tried to pass in a no passing zone leading up to a construction zone. Sadly that's not the only example I have... just most recent.

Ok guys I know this was prob a topic and was prob answered already but I have a friend that has a 97 30th Ann. 383 stock Ported heads, with turbo 400 with 4000 stall shooting a 175 shot and at 5500 he says its cutting out, he has an mad opti and coil, what's another way to get more spark? He's buying my 6al box from me but he says it prob wont be enough, what are you nitrous guys running to get more spark
