Peeling the tint off the windows at work, and it doesn't come off at once, you need a razor and it still comes off in tiny pieces

I put the bigger one on the top of my windshield but I have the fender ones too now and they are waiting on a good looking paint job before they go on the fenders.
I am just honored that somebody else would like them enough to put them on their car and seeing them on Popo's car made me proud.

heat gun... razor blade....laqur thiner ...glass cleaner.


Heat the tint...the longer its been there and the cheaper the quality the less this will help...

Get it all off.....soak glue in laqur with a soaked rag.


While gooey...use fresh razor blade like a lawn mower. make smooth steady passes from one side to another... do not draw blade back wards...

it will just make a mess.

repeat till clean...use glass cleaner like usual.

Thanks Larry! Just finished eating a kick ass homemade dinner after a day of replacing the vette's headlight motor bushings, under hood lights, and a fog light. One of the under hood lights still isn't coming on even with a new bulb, not sure why yet. But the only thing left to fix on it for now is the key fob remote case. Trying to find either a cover or replacement housing for it lol.

TBH I'm not sure yet, I need to buy a new battery for it lol. But the loop at the bottom of the key fob where you put your keychain on is broken off, so she can't really take it with her for fear of losing it. Just need the plastic housing to replace it I believe. The guts inside should work when I put a new battery in it (hopefully haha).

Well the WS6 no longer has a LTX heart.... She is now LSX powered. Started working on her at 1pm and had the LSx and trans in by 8pm.. Not bad time but almost got crushed by the LT1 and 6 speed, maybe I should start asking for help when I'm doing drivetrain swaps lol.

Everything I earn is going to my heads/cam, so after the next paycheck I will be a little over 1/3 of the way there...and its only been 1 month lol

let md know...i didnt evem know it existed...but in my car it was added in from a newer vette.

It was cool when it worked... it would lock as i walked away from the car amd would unlock automatically as i got closer.... it was really cool.

till i got into a fight and the key chain took a hit... now it doesnt work at all. oh well.

I was able to find programing instructions as well as activating amd deactivating the system ( if u need).

If you're putting this on a stock cube engine, you don't need the bigger throttle body. A 350 cubic inch engine at 7k rpm only ingests 600 cfm tops (if you want to play theoretical, 100 percent volumetrically efficient, a 7k 350 pulls 709 cfm), and the stock throttle body has been tested capable of moving roughly 800 cfm with the airfoil. You need a lot of RPM, huge cubes or boost to max out the stocker on airflow.

Don't get caught up in the bigger is better school of thought, you'll only get frustrated!

Even if you build a 383, you'll still be hard pressed to max out the throttle body for cfm. You'd be spinning well above 7k with a 383 to approach the limit of the stock throttle body

I just can't figure out why all of a sudden it ate through them like this. I've run these tires at the drag strip both times I've gone and at the track when I went to the road course event. The tires looked fine after all of that and I was rotating them after the drag strip and such. Not too long ago, I replaced the worn out outer tie rod ends and have just been daily driving it and now I find this... And unfortunately I'm strapped for cash bad right now and am looking at replacing 2 tires that will not be covered under warranty from Discount Tire + a front end alignment. :( Guess I'll be driving the beater car for a bit...

probably the combination of tie rods being changed. And not set right(just a fraction off and it will do things)

And the autox more the likely messed with the front end. May not seem like it but it beats on the front end. I check and adjust mine few times a year. Because of the abuse the front end sees on track days.

I was pissed off from arguing with my wife about some stupid shit and decided to go outside and scrub my calipers clean to blow off some steam and found I was on the verge of 2 blowouts. Guess everything happens for a reason, huh. If it hadn't been for that, I'd have just kept right on driving it till they popped. :lol:

I got a 1LE front sway for my 95 TA. And during install i lost 2 bolts for the sway bar bushing clam shell. So i went to a hardware store and picked up some cheap 10 cent bolts. And put them on.

About 3 months later. I was pushing my car around out on some back roads. And i was in a left hand curve doing about 50mph. And the bolts broke. The release of the torsion on the sway. Jerked my car like a mothafo. It felt like i got side swiped on my front end. I lost control. And the car went into a spin. I spun 1 1/2 times. Hit the road edge went airborne flying over the ditch. And did 2 more rotations in a field.

I got out of my car. lit a cigarette then threw up next to my car. Im not going to lie. Time slowed down during it. And felt like it took 5 minutes to come to a stop. And thought in my head "FUCK IM DEAD"

Yeah, may not be the best thing for the paint, but I can certainly see it as a God-send for keeping an engine bay clean. Any leaking/seeping fluids would just roll right off and it'd never look dirty lol.

Caved and set up an appointment with the Chevy dealership up the road from where I work for tomorrow morning because they have a drive-on lift. Then I can run over to discount tire after work and get 2 new tires. /sigh

Ok guys got a kill story, I was in my way home from work and saw this black TA prob 01or 02 anyways I rev up at him just messing around and proceed to my destination well he's sitting at the light that I turn at it turns green and I'm already almost into the turn and he revs at me and I say awwww hell naw lol and drop into second and gas it and turn to the right I get sideways (I love gettin sideways) and go to the straight lane right in front of him and go about 30 and wait for him and we race and I pull him about 3 cars and it keeps going from there I finally let off at 110 bc I started getting a vibration, anyways I felt pretty accomplished :) and turns out he's a graphic designer and a painter and he may hook me up once he gets his shop and he has a set of 18" torque thrust II's he's tryin to get rid of bc they won't clear his new brake set up, so yeah that's my story

another long day at work, then went to a buddy's storage unit and helped get a LS ready to pull! its funny seeing a piston that the valve made its own re-leaf in! after seeing that i will NEVER run a single spring (he had beehives that failed)

Honest opinions, what do you all think it will run...

Advanced induction 212cc heads (11.0-12.5/1 compression ratio)

3.23 gears
TH400 with trans brake

Usual bolt ons
Subframe connectors
Coil overs


The 2 step, trans brake and coil overs will not be installed for a couple years.

You definetely have the skill level on me but my 240 is going to be set up right. That said im not saying it will be better than your ta lmao. You will have to come take it around birmingham or atlanta when its done. I figure 2800lbs, 17x7/17x9 setup, 500whp with a t56 or zf, a 3 link/watts link setup 9inch rear, and coilovers/swaybars/adj control arms etc etc should be pretty fun. Although its going to take time to dial it in im sure.

I will agree with this only with the use of a WSQ hood ;) I do like the fender vents though on the sides, wish I could swap those and only those lol. But the WSQ is fucking sexy! Someone needs to fab up one for our cars...

Well, the bird is sitting at Chevrolet in line for an alignment. I really hate having to leave it there while I'm sitting here at work, I'm sooooo paranoid about all the horror stories of techs joy-riding in cars they're supposed to be working on and breaking shit. When they did the duplicolor stuff on trucks, they taped off the wheels... dont know why you wouldnt protect your wheels before spraying this on, when the whole reason you are doing it is to last longer.

Well damn, I called GM's parts dept. and they don't sell just the plastic casing for a 94 C4 key fob. A new key fob will run me $190 through GM, or best I can find on ebay is $135. I was hoping to find someone selling just the housing, as I can reuse the internals in this one just fine without having to reprogram the car or anything... So if anyone knows anyone with a spare key fob they don't need, or a dead key fob that no longer works but the plastic case is fully in tact, please let me know!

Well radioshack had an exact match to the battery! For $7.89... But the remote works and so do the proximity locks! That's pretty badass! Lol

Now just gotta see about getting a non-broken case to house the internals.

Also got my car back
with new BFGoodrich g-force sport comp-2 tires on the back now. The toe was way outta whack... So $506 later, I'm good to go again. x.x

Brian... I know a million people will tell u what works for them..but i wanna tell u, coming from a family of doctors i was easily able to try different allergy meds often till i found what worked for me. Ill make a few suggestions and u can do with it what u want bro.


First...if ur not scared of needles...there is an allergy shot that u can get twice a year...that works 99% . In the beginning of the season u get an injection (arm) and a prednisone taper...ull be golden for a minimum of 3 months. @ 3 months later u can ( if needed take another injection...no taper that time).


When i had other medical issues i could not do the shot...so i tried: otc benadryl (junk)
Ive tired zyrtec (it was ok)...claritin...charitin D (good results) BUT, The best was prescription allegra D. The 12 hour pills (that could be taken twice a day)..not the 24 hr pills.

It works so good i was upset when it went to otc from a script cause i would now have to buy it...lol

but that also means its available.to ANYONE.
