I wonder about that too -- not too long ago they were saying they were going to retry the Amanda Knox case over in Italy but she's already back in the US and from what I vaguely remember they were saying that technically she can't be extradited back to Italy so if she chooses to she could just stay in the US... if memory serves correctly.

from every one i have talked to back home (some being on the low side of the river) every one is ok, several homes total loss, and one friend got to ride in a boat LOL but its just freak weather.

in the 30 years my parents have owned the house we have had several floods in the area, but this is BY FAR the worst ever. there house is on bed rock which helps out a lot but when i talked to them there is about a foot to 1.5ft of water in the bacement. i wish i was there to help out.

Here is our house when the river hit 21 feet. Our seawall is 12 feet which is flood stage. 20 feet is at our patio/back door and 22 feet was 2 inches inside the house. This year they are predicting it to top at 28 feet.

Well, I'm happy to hear that they caught the shithead in Boston.

Came home from work today and went through one of those cheap touchless car washes at a gas station just to get the pollen off my car from the last rain. Piece of shit machine's dryer wasn't working on the right side, so the left side of my car looks clean and the right side is smothered in dried on water streaks now... Fucking useless things... Guess I'll be washing both the TA and Vette tomorrow myself.

Got home and decided to knock out replacing the fuel filter on the Lumina, since it's been so long I can't even think of when the last fuel filter was replaced... It poured out black gasoline when I removed the old one LOL. Guess it'll run a bit better now lmao.

Came inside and wife's laptop with the BRAND NEW SCREEN I just replaced not 2 weeks ago has stopped working. Took the laptop apart and checked the connections, it's all perfectly hooked up and nothing loose. Tested the video card by hooking up an external monitor and it's good, so defective screen I guess *sigh*... Had to put in an RMA ticket with the place I ordered it from. They have a bullshit RMA process, too... I have to send in the bad screen, then they have to test it and determine that it's actually bad, THEN they'll ship me a new working one... Ugh... If it ain't one thing, it's another today......

TGIF and I don't have to put up with more crap at work tomorrow... I need some liquor to decompress tonight.

So, I neglected the wheels on the escalade this winter. I refused to swap over to the stockers, and kept the chrome 22s on it... and thought I would be able to just catch up with them at the end of winter....

Stained and pitted.... ugh...

I spent two hours, polishing as much as I could get out of them... but there is still alot more...... Ill slowly polish them every couple weeks, till they get better,.... but It sucks.... stupid laziness...

On a good note, the new/used front license plate filler I found on EBAY, fits like a glove, and Id say the color is a 95% match. Not bad for 65 bucks...PAINTED.

Both. Buy the laser, find the hydro-dip you want, and dip it yourself. Easy to do, hundreds of videos on YouTube to teach you how to do it right. I've been contemplating hydro-dipping my Glock 22, but since it's my duty weapon for work, I figure I should just keep it the way it is. haha Wouldn't sit right with the boss if I were carrying a Glock with Punisher skulls all over it.

Kinda. When Gibson bought them out. They changed crap on it to save money. And they became less reliable. And lost the tone i like.

The pre-Gibson ones are tanks and sound amazing! So nobody ever sells them.

Mine died year ago. and it was 12 years years old. I got hit with a power surge. And the power module burnt up and took the circuit board with it:(

Cheaper than a lease car insurance is around 100 dollars a month times 12 so 1200$ dollars a year I wont get back anyways. Plus I am not paying to maintain and wear and tear on a vehicle.
