Beamer Bullying

I mentioned this in another thread, but thought I'd post this up here with some videos.

One of my best friends has a stock 2000 BMW 540i "with the M Sport Package" (he's quick to point that out) and he was talking a bunch of crap about my car. So this past October I finally got him to go to the track with me and run the cars to see how he actually stacked up. Well, I was consistently putting anywhere from 1-1.5 seconds between us in the 1/4. We got in a good 5 races before he called it a day. The best part was when it was all said and done, he claimed that he was "right on my ass the whole time." Guess German cars keep score differently than we do.

Oh and the guy walking toward the camera in this one is my buddy with the BMW lol.

Next weekend though I'm headed back to the track to race another friend who has a '98 Mustang GT. He's been talking some smack too and needs to be put in his place :)

Thanks guys. Yeah I'm pretty proud of my bird, she may be old but she hasn't lost her pep lol.

Funny you should mention the M5, he keeps talking about upgrading to one someday. By the time he can get one though, I'll probably be nearly done with my engine build and ready to lay the hurt on him again :D
