OK, I'll clear it up.

I grew up in New Jersey and lived there all my life until just recently when I moved here to DE. On many forums, I am known as NJHemiGirl, for my '05 Dodge Ram.


When I got my Impala SS, I joined some forums for her, it just made sense to use 'NJImpalaGirl' on those forums. Now several people know me as both those names, so I just decided to keep them both. I've been part of the car community for many years, and just thought it would be a good idea.

I just bought the C5 in the Spring, so not going to be "DEVetteGirl", yet!

My bf is Frank Cahall, and he has an awesome Camaro, indeed!

Well, from an emtional standpoint:

The SS was my dad's. I while I know he would be proud of me to have taken good care of her, he would also be proud that I sold her smart.

On the other hand, I have wanted a Vette since I was 5, when I saw my first '68. I remember where I was, who I was with and I was holding my daddy's hand. ;)

From a driving standpoint:

I loved the comfort of the SS. That's one of the reasons I am so in love with my truck. It's like sitting in your living room.

But, you can't beat the response of the Vette and the handling. Yes, the truck has a HEMI, which is great. But that LS1 ain't bad!!! ;) LOL

Yep, I hit a lot of the major DE shows. I did GM nats at carlise last year and did real well. I plan on that again this year as well as the show in Delmar. Not too sure about the Riverfront Camaro Show this time as it has become mainly a 5th gen show. we have a few die hards left at First State F-body and we post a lot more in the spring and summer about shows and events we all go to. This was me last year at the riverfront show:

I am in the Middletown area and we hit a lot of shows in Dover too, especially the one at the air force museam. Hope to see you and your lady's vette around this year.
