I put the fog lights from my bird on Ebay. Went from $53 to $89 in the last 11 minutes. I originally had a buy it now of $50 for them. Gotta love it.

That's awesome! I wish I had that luck! I tried to sell 3 diecasts on ebay and none of them met my reserve. One of them I forgot to put a reserve on it and it wasn't going for enough so admittedly I had my dad hurry up and bid on it before it ended so he won the auction :lol:

I freaking SCORED on die-casts once. Won an auction for a CASE (box of 6) of the Ertl 94 25th Anniversary Trans Am's. Got it for $55 shipped. Kept one for myself obviously, sold the other 5 for prices ranging from 18 min to $35 max.....just let the bidding happen. Worked out quite well. :D

Wow that's quite the win there! I love those Ertl 1:24 scale diecasts / dealer promos.... Have way too many of those.

Deals are certainly out there if you keep an eye out for them. Then of course, there are those who get stuck on the bidding war and let themselves get carried away as well...
