I have an older Hypertech PP3 that I used on my old 1994 TA a few years ago. The car was totaled and I never had a chance to clear the Hypertech so that I could use it on another vehicle. Since then I picked up my current 1994 Z28. I'm wondering if anyone knows where I can get it cleared. I contacted Hypertech, but they said that it's too old and uses old software so they can't clear it.

I'm not really worried about the "performance tune" part of it, but I'm gonna be changing my gears and I want it to fix the speedo. I figure if there's a way to get it cleared for a reasonable price then I'd go that route.

Thanks!

I tried doing a google seach, but didn't see anything helpful...I would try to contact hypertech again and talk to a guy in charge or a helpful tech and see if they can't point you to someone who can do it or give you some guidance on how to do it. They should know best. do you have a manual(directions)? it may be in there.

for all the hassle it would be well worth it to get ION "madtuner" to help you out!

Are you talking about him being able to clear the Hypertech, or just having him tune the car?

having Ion tune your pcm for the mods you have done

Is there a website for that tuner?
