When Camaro SS sales took off, SLP Canada put in a new paint line to keep up with production. When trouble shooting the line they had a bunch of test panels made up(outer panel of the hood). All of them got painted black. I found this one last weekend.

I'm not sure why he put them on, I guess he could take them off if he wants. The one I have has a few runs in the paint. I'm not going to repaint, I think it's cool and adds so much more.
I'm hoping I can find more of the test panels around Quebec.
