So I know dodge has had a supposed issue with their tranny cooler lines leaking has anybody here owned a dodge with that problem and if so how did you fox the issue...I've heard braided lines work thicker Lines etc but just want some more help.

What years are you talking about? I have some good friend who have Cummins from early 90's, all the way up to 2012's and I haven't heard anything from them.
Edit: just saw the post about your truck, don't know how I missed it. I'll ask on of my buddies and see what he says. His dad has an 05 and he works at a rearend/trans shop.

I had leaks with the metal line on my truck. I can't remember if they were rubbed through or leaked at the crimp fitting, but I replaced everything withe NAPA transmission line and haven't had a single issue in the last 5-6 years. This is on a 1997 truck.
I saw no need to go to braided lines or -AN fittings or anything like that. I'm pretty sure I just used barbed fittings and double hose clamped it.
