Sorry for the long update, I was having some personally issues I had to straighten out before continuing on the car.
Bottom line is went back and fixed the oil leak I found and finished reinstalling the 24x and I got the wiring harness from Bill at BP Automotive.
So as I am getting ready to start it up, (will be using HP tuners) what all do I need to do before I can start the car up safely? I am already accounting to the fuel injectors. I have the Ford SVT Green tops at #42 lbs. (Can some one vertify for me where I should set it to?) and is there anything thing else that is highly reccomended to be done? Thanks in advance.

Dont most people start with a base mail order tune, then tweak from there when doing this??? or are you tuning experienced?

Hp tuners repository is where I'd go. Get the closest thing to your setup, modify the tune from there

I am getting HP Tuners from a friend. Hes already got rid of his car and he did all his own tuning. I just want to be sure that when he does it for me we get the "start up" tune right. Eventually I do plan on taking it to a shop and having it tuned on the dyno as well.
Excuse my ignorance but what is the Hp tuners repository. Is that were they store "pre made" tunes?

You login to the hptuners site with your # on the interface and a password iirc. People upload their tunes there got others to use and modify. It's VERY useful.

No prob. I'm still learning this tuning thing, their forum there is full of good info. Just pretend you've got an LS car.
