Anyone from the NorthEast plan to go to the ltxshootout?

anyone thinkin about going? im thinkin about it, but its a haul from my area... 23 hours ahhhh.... if anyone is plannin on going and has a 2 car trailor i would love to hitch a ride lol i would pay extra for gas and food etc.... just wanna get out there somehow!

I'm gonna try to make it. I wont bring my Formula down there if I do go, because its nothing that special, but I'd probibly fly down there. I still am not completely sure, but I'm definately going to try to plan around it and make it if possible.

If mine was actually fast, I'd figure out a way to get it down there. But its really not though :laugh:.

A friend of mine drove his LS1 Z28 (forgot what year it is) down to the LSX Shootout for this years event. I dont know how many miles the trip was exactly, but it was basically from Rochester, NY to Memphis, Tennessee. He said he had a blast driving down there and goin on the road trip. I really want to go on a road trip now in my Formula, and am pissed I misses the LSX Shootout and the trip. lol

If I get my whole thing done by then...(if it's not done by May I'll flip out lol) then It's possible I will go depending on my money situation. But when this semester is over I'm not sure if I'm going home for the summer or staying in FL as I do have a lease and have to pay for the apartment regardless if I'm here or not.

then again, at the same time I might not want to go because I know I will not have a bullet proof rear in the car and hitting the track with 500+whp might not be the smartest idea haha
