400hp was but I think we can get some more out of it. It should keep pulling straight up to 63-6400. and its running rich down low. It just falls off after 6000 so were putting a new opti on it that should help.

Good call on the Opti. It looks like it's spitting and sputtering above 6000rpm. You'll probably get another 10-15 out of it easy.
