I recently gave an update to my 95 Z28 that I purchased last year and wrecked it in a very short time:disagree:

I picked up a 94 Camaro roller. The body was straight with only a couple minor dings in the rear 1/4's and a tear in the front bumper cover. I decided to skip the bolt on stage that I planned to do with my 95 Z and started the A.I heads and cam install on the stock bottom end LT1 out of the 95. Over the time period of a couple months I gathered up the items needed to complete the swap and get the car up and running.

I stripped all the parts off of it and hit it with a rattle can. It's a chrysler red engine enamel. It's the closest I was able to find to Torch Red in a can.

The suspension is completely stock (z28) and will be upgraded very shortly when I finally get around to putting a 9" under it so I can launch it the way I feel I need to launch it..........off the limiter! :D

I like it, about how long did it all take?

It made the transformation from a not so good looking 6 cyl roller to a sexy torch read LT1 beast over a matter of 5 months. I started putting the car together in march 2012 and got running after a couple weekends of work, but slowly made inprovements until it got painted in august 12. Or to simplify things, it took roughly a year......since I purchased the car in nov 2011 (I had to check my facebook pics to verify the dates! LOL)

I have a few more thing to finish up on the car and I can honestly say it is a COMPLETED PROJECT!!! A completed project that I'm just going to drive, race, and most of all enjoy!!!!

My short list for completion:
*add bowtie to grill area
*new OEM style 93-96 Tail lights (the current ones are pretty weathered)
*retune for better drivabilty / fuel mileage (It's currently tuned in open loop with no o2's)
*tint rear window
*swap to 3.8 v6 springs up front (perfect ride height and great weight transfer)
*suspension (BMR LCA, relocation brackets, PHB, and crossmember mounted torque arm)
*8.8", 9", or S60 with 4.10 gears

LOL.. you can fit them.... I think 11 or 10.5 is SUGGESTED wheel width, but they can go on the 9" wheels with some BULDGE.
