I really wanted to get an 11.75 n/a pass before I put the car up for the year. I think we had the weather to do it this past Friday night but the track prep was less than perfect to say the least. And it took two and a half hours of waiting to make the first pass.

First pass went well 1.61 60' 11.83 and 112mph new personal best

Second pass was another two and half hours later. The problem was sitting in the staging lanes with the laptop playing with the tune killed the battery. We found someone with a jump pack ,since we left the shop without ours, and it was dead. Finally got someone with cables to help us out and got up to the line. By this time the water box was about 5 feet wide and they were not sweeping the rubber marbles out of it at all. So the two and half hour wait was for nothing because nobody could hook anything. After blowing the tires off on that pass we put it on the trailer and went home. A big thanks to David for hanging out all night with me and missing the Cardinals game to get the new best.

Now I am just looking forward to putting it on the rollers on the 27th and updating my Dyno numbers on that thread. :D

That's making use of the power you've got for sure. Well done!

It was a good night that could have been better if the track and battery would have worked well. When I was watching before that last run, everyone was spinning. Water box guy was just a little too hose happy that night. The car definetly runs well and it should be fun when that plate kit goes on next year.
