what's first?

Im just wondering what should be done first. is it wise to get a blower before heads and cam? are there supporting mods that should be installed before either of these? and also, are there any superchargers made for lt1's that are like the magnacharger that replace the intake manifold?

There was a guy over on LS1tech that was making a setup using a Magnuson or Eaton blower. But it's a custom, one off deal that he made. He spoke of producing it in kit form, but I have not heard anything more.

As far as supporting mods, yeah there are plenty you can do... But you do not have to do anything except upgrade the fuel system as a pre-requisite. I would suggest full exhaust to maximize the gains, but it is not neccessary. Your stock motor is not going to last very long anyway, so why bother with heads/cam stuff when you can wait and get heads/cam that are optimized for your new motor combo after you blow it up.
