Corvette Oil Pan

I'm going thru my stuff here and found a oil pan from a 95 Vette. Will this fit my 95 Z? My guess is no, but I thought I'd ask.

I don't see why not. I've got a vette motor and the motor from my TA on stands right now and other than the position of the oil drain plug, they look pretty much the same to me.

Yes it will fit however the stock exhaust crossover will not clear. I put a engine from a corvette in a 95 firebird and I had to redo the exhaust crossover from the drivers side. If you have long tubes its not an issue.

That would explain the different locations for the oil drain plug then

Cool, thanks guys. The only f-body pan I have is the one on the car and it looked close but I couldn't tell for sure. Yes, I'll be running long tubes so the cross over won't be an issue.

Actually seeing it now that I have the motor on the stand, I think I like the drain plug location on the vette pan better than the firebird/camaro pan.
