Does anyone here run these and do they use the first or second bolt hole? Found a set cheap and if they use the inside hole I'm gonna get them to fix my exhaust leak

I have them on my formula. Unfortunately for you they use the front most hole. They are pretty good for what they are. I put them on my car 16&1/2 years ago and they havent rusted thru.... yet. I thought they did about a year ago but it just turned out to be a loose bolt where the header meets up with the y pipe, so 5 minutes and 4 bloody knuckles later my exhaust leak was fixed. I'm still dreamin about long tubes tho. Good luck with your exhaust leak. If you want pics let me know. I can get a clean shot at the drivers side, passengers side, not so much.

The pics I've seen have a slot from the header tube outward is it not possible to use the inner bolt hole or maybe I can just cut the excess out. I really don't want to pull the heads

Well they are $100 and with the temp dropping and how bad my exhaust leak is I'm afraid I will end up bending a valve if I don't fix it before winter. So that's why I was thinking get them and no worries about y pipe or anything just get me leak fixed for now

Those don't look like shorties but still a good deal at $75. A little vht or wrap and those would be good to go

Around here I can't find them like that. Although just found out I'm working this weekend as well so guess I will just buy some new midtubes
