Locate ur tapatalk app button.

Click on the tapa button.

Use phones MENU button to open "setting" option.

Click on Setting option.

Click on display

Pick a color thats available (dep on version) then reboot phone.

I use a dark background.

Not working out like that on the iPhone. Found a spot to change colors, but of course it is $.99 a color...

The xparent ones cost money on android also. Only ones that are included are whatever the default one is, blue, dark, and dark blue
