so i was leaving stillwater headed back home to okc and i was tired and stopped in guthrie. my fiancee livers there. well as i am backing in to park my car i notice a dripping something on the ground. so i go get a flash light from inside and pop the hood to start looking the stuff on the ground was water so i am looking around the water pump and i spot a tiny pinhole in the heater hose line on the top left of the pump and it is spraying back to the block ... AND DRIPPING DOWN TO THE OPTI!!!!!!
Sp i get a rag and open the radiator cap and let off the pressure. i have just done a temp fix with some electrical tape but damn. had i not caught that sooner that hole could have got bigger and dumped a ton of water in the opti and killed the car.

now i know to limp the car home and start looking for new heater hoses.
just had to share my cars near death experience

where would i start looking for heater hoses?

You mean where under the hood? Or do you mean where would you find replacements?

any local parts store.

Well if that is the case... yes, any parts store is correct.
