I didn't touch anything. Went in, had a look, everything looked fine to me. It's probably something beyond my realm. I'll bring it up with Brian once he's back around more, he's had a lot to deal with this past week.

Ya that a normal thing.

Im getting it at every post. Like as soon as I finish typing this and go hit the Post Quick Reply button. Instead of posting and redirecting right back to the post. Its like it think Im trying to post the same thing again within a split second.

Try something for me. Clear your cookies/cache/temp files and see if that helps.

getting this exact same thing. I post a post for the first time, not a duplicate, and make ABSOLUTELY SURE I only click once and I get that same message. I am on Mozilla Firefox and everything is updated and current. I clear cookies/temp files once a week, I do a thorough virus scan, disk cleanup and registry cleanup every week, I scan for adware and spyware every week, I have tried IE9 and Google Chrome and I have tried logging out and logging back in and I get the same messages. Not sure what else to do from here...ir is rather annoying though lol.

BlackWidowSS

Crap...nevermind....it did it that time. Here is what it tells me: "This post is a duplicate of a post that you have posted in the last five minutes. You will be redirected to that thread." Then it redirects me back to the thread was posting on and my post is there...???

Yeah, mine works fine on EVERY other message board...LS1Tech, CamaroZ28 and several local boards. This is the ONLY one that has a problem.

I made it so the forum will require users to click to Reply before seeing the Quick Reply box. Please let me know if this still triggers the error messages when posting that way. We'll have to do some troubleshooting, changing settings and then seeing if it still happens.

This is a test of the LTX posting system....this is only a test. Were this an actual post, it would contain information that actually applies to something that matters in this world. Thank you.

Hmm.. strange. I really wish I could replicate it. I'm on this site quite a bit and I've never seen that error message. Not saying you're not experiencing it, but it has to be something unique to the individuals that are having it happen... I'm on Google Chrome, Windows 7... I'll have to keep munching on this...

I believe unrelated, since they would get the database error instead.
