A local guy near me picked up #3. His is black with the big 4.0L blower engine. Here's a few pics of it, and a short video of it running:

Yes please :D

I still think its funny how these are sold as a parts kit and have a P/N. I wonder if the next GMPP catalog will have them?

They made 3 runs. Firts was a throwaway, spun bad. 2nd run ran a 9.07 lifting at the end. 3rd run ran an 8.88 at 142, lifting at 1100ft. They had to soften the launch up to get it to hook.

That on has the nastiest motor. There are 3 ifferent engines you can get. A 5.3 ith a small blower, a 5.3 with the big 4.0L blower and a N/A 427. The 4.0L blower engine is the baddest.

$89,000

You had to apply to even be considered to purchase it. Sort of like a lottery. GM looked at your credentials too. They didn't want the cars collecting dust in someone's collection. If you got picked to be able to purchase one, you got a certificate, and once you received your certificate you had a week to come up with the funds or you were skipped over. Needless to say all of them were sold right away. Only 69 will be built. There is an option package to purchase all 3 available engines and have them all serial numbered to your car as well.
