So I've noticed in the light of passing the torch and ending an era and starting a new one. I'm proud to say I've noticed alot more activity on the site. Seems like people have taken notice and are getting on here. When I look at my phone and it says you have 5-6 unread subscribed threads in a couple hours time that's impressive. Keep up the good work guys. It means alot to me and I know it means alot to Sean and Larry.
Long live ltxtech.

Hear that guys and gals it's up to us to keep this site heading in a positive direction. Just remember there will be many improvements and upgrades thanks to Brian, Larry, and Sean so the site will be getting much better and be a much better experience. Its our part to remain inviting to new users and get people involved in this wonderful site we have. I personally want to see this site at or above the level of that other site. It has the potential now that we have people that have time and motivation to take what we have and do so much more with it. Sorry for rambling just have gotten pretty passionate about this site in the past few months and want to get people motivated and to give props where they are deserved and right now besides the obvious people its everyone that is posting and bringing more attention to the site. If you have read this far then you care about the site and I thank you.

You can set it up so you dont get email notifications, then if you do want notifications for a specific thread, you can go in ADVANCE and make it happen....

Now that I'm not swamped at work and traveling 24/7 I can try to enjoy the car and bs on the forums more. I was kinda mia for about 8-9 months. I haven't even been to a cruise in or car show in well over a year.

Yikes - careful with that one. Depending on who your e-mail provider is, especially Yahoo or Hotmail, if there's too many e-mails from a domain getting filed as spam it can jeopardize the domain's ability to send ANY e-mails to the provider. I have personal experience with that one - I had a user who registered on my site but wasn't that active. All of the sudden he marked 4 MiFBody e-mails as spam and I was getting threats from Yahoo threatening to block my IP address from being able to send to their domain. :jest:
