Flex Fit hats?? How many would want one? (price not know yet. Depends how I do the logo, full color as is. or something simple) Just tryin to get a ball park idea of who would buy to see if its worth putting my time into it.

This is the digitized LTX Tech file.. This is just a rendering. I've got a sample Hat being made now along with a embroidered polo short with the logo on the chest/breast area.

Black Hats with a grey or charcoal color stitch.
Will post pic's soon as its done.

Do you have a say in the stitching pattern for the rendering? If so, DEFINITELY do a steil border for the outline and "TECH" lettering as it looks now, and I think a satin stitch would work great for the needle and swipe in red, but whatever stitch is represented with the main letters I'd rethink because it's kind of busy.

Yes, I've worked with embroidery machines for a few months, don't ask where. :D I had made some KILLER LTx patches from the website logo, but I wasn't allowed to keep them.

Just curious as I've never had a flex fit hat before, how do you figure out what size to get?

Seriously though Im gonna go to a hat store and try them on to see which on fits. I have one somewhere but cant find it and don't remember which size it was

I'm a small guy (5'7" and 154lb) and were a Med/large. And it fits good.

As said above go try one on. I like the flex fit hats the best. Quality is great. Fit is great.
