Ok, 1le sway bars seem to be the same size as aftermarket sway bars, except they are not solid and cost a decent amount less. Would these be a better sway bar upgrade than say a bmr set even thought they are hollow.

They will be stiffer than the stock Z28 sway bars, but a solid one will still have less flex and more rigidity than a hollow one. But if you can get a 1LE bar for cheap, I say get it.

Ok thanks. Yeah I just got the recent issue of GM Hightech Performance, and theres a few big dollar cars in there using the 1LE sway bars combined with a host of other suspension upgrades from bmr, hotchkis etc. so I figure they cant be to bad.

I personally like the sway bars offered from strano. I don't personally have them but from everything i've read on them and people I know with them installed they seem a bit better then others out there. Plus the customer service and help you get from Sam is unmatched.

Yeah they are significantly cheaper and Im not after building a race car suspension setup, just want a little less sway in turns.
