Sorry about the help deal.
My wife wants a 57 4door Bel air. I'm going to buy her one next year when I get my z where I want it. I've talked her into a lt1 swap. I'm thinking wrecked caprice lt1 swap and lowering it on some torque thrust IIs as those are her favorite wheels. Maybe sunset orange with a white top and black/white tuck and roll interior. Thoughts?

Now your talking. I love me a '57 Bel Air. I helped my stepdad build one, now were doing another one that is gonna be a roadster with either a fully built LTX or a ZZ502.
Here is my stepdads car in the May 2012 issue of Chevy High Performance Magazine.

Are you going to update the interior as well? Or will you keep it mostly OEM?

Keep it OEM just nice and clean. She really wants it stock but doesn't want to deal with a finicky Carb setup
