As many of you many know, I have been car shopping for along time now. First I was looking at a G8 or an STS-V. Signed up for more hours at work (even though I could afford it before), getting a roommate at the end of the month. Then I realized, there is nothing out there that I want to make that type of payment on. Started looking at GTOs and some Subarus. It was always my dream to graduate get my job and have an Srt-8 or Caddy-V sitting on brembos that everyone else looks at.
So I am sitting here drinking some rumchatta, thinking about it. Why the hell do I want a 500 dollar month car payment on a 13 second car with high insurance that gets the same mpg as my legacy. Then I thought screw it, I am going to build the lt1 I have always wanted.
Current plan, screw buying a newer high performance car. Look for a reasonable daily such as a pickup truck or suv. Sell the subaru and devote that money to picking up a lt1 project. This winter acquire boost.

Its funny , cause I was gonna say it looked like a trailblazer..... but I held back...
I gotta say Im not a fan... y not just do a trailblazer for a fraction of the SAAB cost then.... prob even cheaper to insure.
And if money isnt the issue... Id say go with a tbss....
