We have a 96 z28 that wont start. Car was bought with mods and issues, mods list is long tubes kand n true duels big cam and a stall supposedly 355 unsure of what the cam specs are. Parts that have been replaced relucter wheel, crank sensor, opti, timing chain(timing chain had some slack in it) car did run hard starting would randomly die, would backfire through the exhaust and intake, had fuel fuel in the oil changed the oil and injectors and fuel pressure regulator. Car has spark, injector pulse and fuel pressure. Did check compression in a cylinder had 170 pounds, going to check the rest of the compression tomorrow. Any thoughts or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
