Keeps dying

Ok after I did headers plugs and wires my car keeps dying. I put a new battery and altanator on it in the past week. I can jump it and a few mins later it dies. All the fuses that I can think of are good. I'm going out of my mind with this car please someone help.

I know when i did my header change on my old car the same thing happened and come to find out the wire to the plug on the altanator had be split may wanna check that plug.

I checked the wire from the battery to the alt and it was good no tears or worn places

It may have pinched and broken the wire but didn't harm the jacket. Also with the age of the cars the wiring gets brittle on some of them. My mom's firebird had alt problems after the motor swap we did and it ended up being a broken wire from age and hers is a 2000. I've read about other members having similar issues. Try moving the wire to the alt around and see if that makes a difference it did on hers that's how we found it.

EDIT - The wires I'm talking about are the ones plugged in the back one of them is the one that tells the alt when to kick on.
