So I am finishing up my car and my dad calls me out. He has a 2002 c5 zo6 with a 440 ls2 with all the go fast goodies. Makes about 600rwhp N/A. My car is a 97 z28 with a forged 383 lt1 9:1 Cr, stock ported heads and intake, cc305, vortech v7 ysi, front mount intercooler, meth, 4:10 gears and a m6 trans. Not done with the tune and haven't dynoed it yet but I can't let my pops beat me. Any idea on how this race will go? Am I biting off more then I can chew? Would I be better off running from a roll?

i think u will get him. i know how it is with a dad doin that my dad and i talk shit all the time. and now my DD lt1 has gone faster then anything he build back when he was my age. but get video!

Should be good. If you have the suspension and a sticky tire you should have him. I rarely see vetts hooking well at the local tracks.

Like the others said. Its a drivers race. The cars are pretty close spec wise.
