Well I took my wife's 06 gt to the track and ran some good times. It went 13.05@108.8 with a 2.13 60' n/a on street tires then 11.84@115.12 with a 1.57 60' on slicks and a 125 zex wet shot. Bottle pressure was getting kinda low at 825. Overall not babe for a little 4.6.

What are your mods? Most if the new edge mustangs win mid 13s at my track. They seem to run a lot harder than the 2 valves.

Jlt cai, gt500 tb, headers, x-pipe, glasspacks, cmpd's, lca's, uca, 22mm rear sway bar, diablo tuner, zex wet kit 125 shot and that's pretty much it. It's a basic setup and it runs pretty good.

I like the time on the shot, but for all those mods, I'd have thought it would be quicker than low 13's at 108. *flame suit on* That's stockish LS1 territory. It's not bad and I'm not poo poo'ing it, but I thought it would have been quicker with the mods you've got listed. But, I don't know mustangs either. I'll shut up now. :D

you should have run it on the slicks NA and got that 12 second slip. :D

It went 12.94@105 n/a on slicks but it just fell on its face. The 3v's are pretty comparable to ls1 fbody's mod for mod. They really didn't get very quick until the new 5.0's came out in 2011. Still for a little 4.6 in a 3650lb car it's not to bad.

If this tells you anything the fastest bolt-on only 3v has only gone 11.80@114.

Another update recently went 12.92@107.89 on street tires n/a and 11.67@116 with a 1.54 60ft sprayed on slicks.

Thanks man. I can't wait to get my TA together and blow that time outta the water without nitrous. It's got a ways to go though. School isn't helping but the semester will be over soon and I'll be able to focus on getting it together.
