I was just curious if anyone ever thought about combining the event w/lsx cars in the future and having some sort of ltx vs lsx event. Ive seen a few events at my local track that are import vs american, and ford vs gm and mopar. Just thought i would throw that out there, i think it would be a pretty cool idea. What do yall think? It would def be good 2 see some of the ltx cars spank some lsx cars.

In all honesty, it wouldn't work. It worked 7-8 years ago when the aftermarket wasn't so strong for the LSx cars, but nowadays, it is far too easy to make ridiculous power with the LSx platform. It's just a natural evolution of the design.

I could see it being an LTX and TPI shootout before adding the LSX. They have the LSX Shootout that runs with the NMCA series which is way bigger with more advertising power, $ for payouts, and classes already established. Not that I want to exclude other Fbodys or fellow drag racers but they have plenty of other series to run in and our group plays well together!

yeah thats true. it was just a spur of the moment thought i had, thought id see wut yall might think. i guess i should of thought of it in the late 90s and it might've worked lol.
