Ground strap

I need a need to replace the ground strap that runs from the area around the coil to the frame. Where can i get one? or should i just get a generic one? is so what gauge and length will i need. Reason i ask is the car is 600 miles away in storage and i want to replace it before i drive it home.

I found one at the local parts store. It was in the "help" section I think it's like 18" with the through bolt style connectors at both ends.

Ill run up to advanced tomorrow and see if they have one. the one that is on the car is hanging on by a few threads.

Was in the parts store today and grabbed the part number for ya it's 60213 Advance should have it also.

BLUEBOTTLEZ just made his own. Turned out real nice. I dont remember the guage, but it was automotive, and it was thick....

yea, all such related wiring on an LT1 needs to be replaced anyway.
