hello everyone,

i was wondering if anybody had any info regarding a rear mount turbo. i have bought all the stuff for the kit except the turbo, because i would rather use one that is well known and has a good track record.

What’s the best turbo to buy for a stock 1995 z28 with an engine upgraded to LT1 300hp vette motor. I also have bolt ons such as; SLP shorty headers, jet Mas sensor, and i have upgraded the fuel pump to 255lph.

Does the rear mount turbo have good performance? Is there a lot of turbo lag?

My goal is to stay in the 4-5 psi boost range due to the stock motor, but I am in the process of building a 355 for the future when my current set up gets tired. this other set up will have a stock crank, forged pistons and rods, 200cc intake heads, and a 112 lsa cam, long tube headers and a compression that’s 10.5:1

So if anyone could point me in the right direction with a good turbo and any other advice i would greatly be thankful.

Thanks,

black hawk
