Either build my 95 Z or get 70-73 camaro project

Hey guys I'm having trouble deciding whether i should get me a daily driver and build my 95 Z28 or if i should daily drive my 95 Z28 and get a 70-73 camaro project car. I have always wanted to have a 70-73 camaro but I'm just not sure if i want to wait to get one. My dad said that i need to wait till i get out of college before i get a project car so that i will have time to work on it but i dont see how i wont have time to work on it while in college. I have a month winter break, weekends, and summer to work on it so there is plenty of time to work on it.

What you guys rather do: build your car or buy a project car to work on?

I was in a similar situation but I wanted to get a C5. I decided to build my current LTX car after thinking about it a long time. Only you can decide what you want. I would love to build an old Nova or Firebird but it would take me 10 years to do it right. The way I look at it is there arent many nice LTX cars left, so if I build mine up it will be the only one within my local area. I also love the under dog factor these cars have. Everything around here is either a fast Mustang, SBC, or LSX. Fast LTX cars are few and far between.
